QSW- Review Team – South West of England

£200 Per Review – Outside IR35

• We need QSW who have done assessment and review work recently
• Happy to do face to face meetings
• Carrying out a combination of Reviews/ MCA’s / CHC checklist/ Care Needs Assessment / Carers Assessment
• Extensive knowledge of the Care Act 
• Fully vaccinated due to nature of visits in Care/ Nursing / Residential homes
• Main focus is on providing quality assessments in a timely manner.

The Qualified Social Workers will have experience across all areas of Adult Social Care, but specifically competent in regard to project work.

• 2 years post qualifying experience in the area and field required
• Specific adults review experience 
• Experience of promoting independent living, and developing preventative approaches to reduce care where possible and in the services users best interest
• Remote  working where possible with face to face  (where needed on a case by case basis)
